The purpose of the Corporation is to engage, for profit, in any of the following activities for which a corporation may be organized as an international financial entity pursuant to the " Act to Regulate the International Financial Center", Act number 273 of September 25,2012, as the same has been amended and may be further amended from time to time (the "IFC Act"), and pursuant to regulations issued thereunder (the"Regulations" and, with the IFC Act, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "IFE Laws and Regulations")by the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (the "Commissioner").
