Under the Act No. 73 of 2008 of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as amended, known as the “Economic Incentives for the Development of Puerto Rico Act” (the “Act”). in order to provide the adequate environment and opportunities to continue developing a local industry as for example the creation of Development Programs focused in empower the local entrepreneurship and the local economy by the Research & Development and the development of Strategic Projects.
